Requirements : You will get fatal error: You must enable the intl extension to use CakePHP. So make sure you install the PHP library. You need also install Apache Mod-rewrite and mod-headers.

Once you have the requirements, then you get composer. Then go your installation directory to install the CakePHP application skeleton in the cms directory of the current working directory:

php composer.phar create-project --prefer-dist cakephp/app kueh

Do not config your apache to point to the main "kueh" folder but point it to the "webroot" sub-folder instead.

You are now able to see the default page.

Make sure you see all the green chef hats.
